Engineering design checks can be offered on each and every job regardless of size. The design review process is conducted by fully qualified mechanical engineers with the intent of optimising the initial design with the proposed mechanical services equipment and building layout. Our standard design check sequence includes:

1. Load - survey and psychrometrics.
2. Air side - fan statics, duct configuration, velocities, component compatibility.
3. Water side - pump head calculations, systems balance, component compatibility.
4. Refrigeration - pipe size confirmation, system load balance, component compatibility.
5. Electrical - function, component compatibility.
6. Controls - logic, function, component compatibility.
7. Stairwell pressurisation - complete analysis.
8. Auxiliary systems as required.
9. Each section which is applicable to a particular project is available for inspection, and relevant discussion.
