Mechanical Project Management was established in 1985, differentiating itself within the sector by applying the philosophies of project management to the mechanical services industry. Focusing primarily on a sub-contract based structure the company could discharge the three principles of project management; quality, cost and time utilizing the inherent flexibility of sub-contracting. Due to the success of this model, MPM underwent rapid growth expanding into a diverse project range within the construction industry including institutional work, commercial, retail, health and education.

MPM currently employs over 80 staff and can utilize the resources in excess of 200 sub contractors to deliver reliable, expedient and cost effective building services projects bridging most construction industry sectors.
